  • Contora Co is built for product-based ecommerce brands who need consistent, high-quality short-form video content but don't have the time, team, or skills to produce it themselves. If you're selling online and your content is inconsistent, low-quality, or just not converting, this is for you.

  • The retainer is our core service. For £700/month you get a full done-for-you content operation: one film day, 10 edited short-form videos, 10 custom hooks, a monthly content strategy, 10 captions, up to 15 product stills, and a monthly performance review. Everything ready to post. Nothing for you to produce yourself.

  • Simple. Every month follows the same process: we plan your content together, film everything on one dedicated shoot day, edit and deliver a full batch of ready-to-post clips, and send you a short performance note at the end.

  • Yes. You dispatch your products to us at the start of each month and we return them after the shoot. Alternatively, if logistics allow, we can come to your location. We'll confirm what works best during your intro call.

  • Our content bundles are available separately for brands who want plug-and-play resources, hook packs, content frameworks, and strategy tools you can use yourself. Browse them at contora.co.uk/content-bundles.

  • Yes.. and we'd encourage it. Book a free intro call and we'll talk through your brand, your goals, and whether the retainer is the right fit. No pressure, no hard sell.

  • The retainer runs month-to-month. No fixed term, no long-term lock-in. Cancel with 30 days written notice.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included in every monthly retainer. Feedback is actioned within 48 hours. Additional revision rounds are available at £50/round if needed.

  • All content produced is yours. Full usage rights transfer to you on receipt of payment. You're free to use it across social channels, your website, and paid ads. Contora Co retains the right to use content in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered once a month's work has commenced. If you have a concern, get in touch and we'll always do our best to resolve it. Full terms available below.

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Contora Co. By purchasing from or engaging with this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Contora Co is a content creation business providing done-for-you video production and content services for product-based brands, alongside digital content resources available for purchase through this website.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

The Contora Co monthly retainer is a rolling, month-to-month service agreement. By entering into a retainer arrangement, you agree to the following:

Contract duration: The retainer operates on a rolling monthly basis. There is no minimum contract term beyond the first month.

Cancellation: Either party may cancel the retainer by providing a minimum of 30 days' written notice to info@contora.co.uk. Work already commenced within the active month is non-refundable.

Payment: Retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each calendar month and must be paid in full before work for that month commences. Failure to pay within 5 working days of invoice may result in work being paused until payment is received.

Deliverables: Monthly deliverables are as agreed at the point of sign-up and outlined in any accompanying service summary. Contora Co will make reasonable efforts to deliver all agreed content within the agreed timeframe each month.

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included per monthly batch. Additional revision rounds are available at £50 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of content delivery.

Client responsibilities: You agree to dispatch products to Contora Co at the agreed time each month, respond to shot list and content plan approvals within 3 working days, and provide any brand information or access required to complete the work.

Content rights: Full usage rights to all content produced under the retainer transfer to you upon receipt of cleared payment for that month. Contora Co retains the right to use content produced in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

3. Content Bundles & Digital Products

Digital products sold through contora.co.uk (including hook packs, content frameworks, and strategy resources) are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered once a digital product has been delivered.

Digital products are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or transfer purchased materials to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, templates, and resources created and provided by Contora Co remain the intellectual property of Contora Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For retainer clients: you own the final video and photography content produced for your brand. You do not own the underlying creative processes, shot list frameworks, or content strategy systems used to produce it.

For digital product customers: you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own business purposes only.

5. Strategy Calls & Consultations

Paid strategy calls and consultation sessions must be attended at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

Missed calls or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be forfeited without refund or automatic reschedule. Where possible, Contora Co will offer a courtesy reschedule at its discretion.

6. Payments

All payments must be received in full before work commences or digital products are delivered. Retainer clients are invoiced monthly in advance. Contora Co reserves the right to pause or suspend services where payment is overdue.

7. Results Disclaimer

Contora Co provides professional content creation services and resources based on real-world experience. We do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to: follower growth, sales, reach, or revenue.

Results will vary depending on your product, market, consistency of posting, and wider business factors outside of our control. Content and strategy resources are provided to support your growth — outcomes are dependent on implementation.

8. Refund Policy

Monthly retainer: No refunds are issued for months already paid and commenced. Where Contora Co fails to deliver agreed content without reasonable cause, a pro-rata credit will be applied to the following month.

Digital products: No refunds once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with accessing a purchased product, contact info@contora.co.uk and we will resolve it.

Strategy calls: Non-refundable once attended. Non-refundable if missed without 24 hours' notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Contora Co shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or materials. Use of all content, strategies, and guidance is at your own risk.

10. Confidentiality

Contora Co will treat all brand information, product details, and business information shared by clients as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Retainer clients will be notified of any material changes with reasonable notice.
