2. Digital Products

All products sold through Contora Co are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided. All digital products are intended for personal / business use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or transfer any purchased materials to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided by Contora Co remain the intellectual property of Contora Co. This includes but is not limited to: Hook packs, Scripts, Content plans, Strategy framework, Video feedback and audits. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes only. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Personalised Services

Personalised services are tailored specifically to your business based on the information you provide. By purchasing a personalised service, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information required to complete the service, Respond in a timely manner where necessary. Typical delivery timeframe is 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Once work has commenced on a personalised service, it is non-refundable.

5. Strategy Calls & Appointments

Strategy calls and consultation sessions must be attended at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed calls or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited without refund or reschedule.

6. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Access to digital products or commencement of services will not be provided until payment has been successfully received.

Contora Co provides guidance, tools, and strategies based on real-world experience. However, we do not guarantee specific results. Results will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: Your effort and execution. Your product and market. Consistency and implementation. All content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the time involved in personalised services: No refunds will be issued for digital products once delivered. No refunds will be issued for personalised services once work has commenced. No refunds will be issued for missed calls or completed consultations. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will aim to resolve it where possible.
